OUR POLICIES

Reservation and Payment Policies

  • Reservations will be confirmed by email.

  • We require a 25% deposit upon making a reservation. The remaining balance of your   reservation will be processed upon arrival.

  • We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, cash and most debit cards.

  • All bookings, payments and additional fees are subject to 15% HST.

Check In Policy

  • Check in time is 3:00pm

  • Check out time is 11.00am.

  • Late checkout upon request. Acceptance of a late checkout is subject to availability on the day of your departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • We are offering a FULL refund on all cancellations for the 2020 season.  We appreciate knowing as soon as possible, if you do have to cancel, so that we have the opportunity to re-advertise.  

 

Tranquility Policy

  • We have a "do not disturb" policy from 11:00pm - 8:00am on the property.

Non-Smoking Policy

  • Our accommodations are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged to any guest as a result of smoking within their cottage.

Pet Policy

  • We welcome well-behaved pets in most of our cottages. Please notify us upon booking if you are traveling with pets. There will be a pet fee of $30 per stay added to your account, contact us for our entire pet policy.
