Reservation and Payment Policies

Reservations will be confirmed by email.

We require a 25% deposit upon making a reservation. The remaining balance of your reservation will be processed upon arrival.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, cash and most debit cards.

All bookings, payments and additional fees are subject to 15% HST.
Check In Policy

Check in time is 3:00pm

Check out time is 11.00am.

Late checkout upon request. Acceptance of a late checkout is subject to availability on the day of your departure.
Cancellation Policy

We are offering a FULL refund on all cancellations for the 2020 season. We appreciate knowing as soon as possible, if you do have to cancel, so that we have the opportunity to re-advertise.
Tranquility Policy

We have a "do not disturb" policy from 11:00pm - 8:00am on the property.
Non-Smoking Policy

Our accommodations are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged to any guest as a result of smoking within their cottage.
Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved pets in most of our cottages. Please notify us upon booking if you are traveling with pets. There will be a pet fee of $30 per stay added to your account, contact us for our entire pet policy.
