"Absolutely AMAZING! Very last minute I booked this cottage based on Trip Advisor reviews. I consider myself very hard to please when it comes to renting accommodations. "We were concerned when we first booked because there was no reviews on the property but we took a chance. And our stay was perfect. The owners just purchased the property 4 months ago and were busy getting the cottages ready for the the tourist season. Hence why no reviews as I assume we were one of their first guests. The cottage we stayed in was adorable and cozy. It came equipped with everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. Days were spent exploring the nearby towns (Halifax and Lunenburg are less than an hour away) and evenings enjoying wine and cheese on our waterfront patio. Great restaurants within 5 mins too!!! "This was one of the nicest cottages I've stayed in. It was newly renovated with that "artsy" touch. Colin and Dena were such great hosts. Very friendly and willing to help with all our needs. They thought of everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible (right down to make up remover for my daughter and I). We had an extra person traveling with us and they provided a brand new mattress for the extra person). The view was nothing less than spectacular. "After taking the scenic route from the Cabot Trail to Peggy's cove, we were thrilled to be greeted by Colin and his wife. They have created a beautiful haven a few minutes from Peggy's Cove. "A beautiful setting in a friendly cove with all of the amenities. The cottage is small but perfect and sits right on the bank of the ocean with a deck overlooking a spectacular view. You can hear the waves at night. Everything thing has just been renovated, updated and beautifully decorated. The owners are engaging, friendly and helpful.
